How do I start an order?
Upload a JPG, PNG, or PDF and share your requirements. You’ll receive an individual quotation in your account. Approve the quote and pay before production starts.
Which embroidery formats can I request?
Choose DST, PES, EXP, or JEF. If you’re unsure, select Need advice and include your embroidery machine model. We’ll confirm the right format with your quote.
When will my design be ready?
Your delivery date is confirmed with your quotation after we review the artwork. Select rush if you have a close deadline; availability and any additional cost will be confirmed.
Can I request a revision?
Yes. Send a revision request from the delivered order in your account. Your quotation defines the included scope; new artwork or changed dimensions may require a new quote.
