GOOD QUESTIONS. CLEAR ANSWERS.

Before the
first stitch.

A few things to know about preparing your artwork and ordering digitizing.

What is embroidery digitizing?

Digitizing creates stitch instructions from your artwork. It takes account of dimensions, fabric, and placement so your embroidery machine can reproduce the design.

Which artwork files can I upload?

Upload a clear JPG, PNG, or PDF up to 10 MB. Use the highest-quality source you have. If your artwork needs a different format, ask before ordering.

What if I don’t know the size or machine format?

Choose “Need advice” and describe your garment and machine in the request. We’ll clarify the requirements before sending the final quote.

How much will my design cost?

Pricing is quoted individually after we review your artwork and requirements. You approve the amount before paying and starting production.

When will I receive my files?

We confirm your turnaround and due date with your quote. The production schedule starts once payment and all required details are received. Rush availability must be confirmed.

How do I receive the finished embroidery files?

Your files are delivered to your customer account. You can download the agreed formats, see the preview, and keep the order history in one place.

Can I request a revision?

Yes, you can send a revision request from the delivered order. Your quote defines the included revision scope. New artwork or changes to size and placement may require an additional quote.

Can I reuse the file at a different size?

Significant size, placement, or fabric changes may require redigitizing. Start a new request or message us about the existing design so we can confirm suitability.
